The entire staff is extremely friendly. Had a great experience with both Ms. Linahan and Dr. Sauceda. Both were compassionate and very patient with me and my concerns. Will definitely be my go to for dermatology moving forward!

I didn't even get through the front door. My doctor recommended this location. I call to schedule my appointment and the person who answered the phone asked if I had a ppo or hmo. I said I don't know, I looked at my card and I couldn't find it. They young lady said she could not help me without it. I'm pretty sure with the technology we have maybe obtaining my group number or something else she would have located it, but I guess she didn't want to be bothered, so I will go somewhere else then.

My 1st time seeing Kara she is very professional friendly and explained everything to me and what could be done to help me out with my condition and answer all of my concerns. I highly recommend Dr Sauceda and her medical staff. Front office is all very helpful and friendly

Dr. Saucedo is very knowledgeable and caring. She explains things to you clearly and helps guide you through the process if you need to see other doctors for combinations of treatments. I highly recommend her and her excellent staff for all of your dermatology care!

Dr. Sauceda and her team are pleasant, very capable, and helpful. I may have come in with too high of expectations to have all my dermatology concerns addressed and options assessed. I felt like the number of reminders was overkill. Even after I confirmed, they kept coming. I can't compare cost because I don't go to a dermatologist often, so it always seems pricey to me. Overall, I think the doctor and her team are great and I look forward to continuing as her patient.

First off, the office did everything right to keep us all safe during COVID. My temperature was checked at the door. And I could tell the staff was going above and beyond to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
The doctor and PA were absolutely wonderful! Very professional and kind. Explained everything thoroughly and gave me time to think of questions and ask them. Highly recommend this office for your dermatology needs!

Love, love , love Dr. Sauceda! Absolute most educated, informative, professional yet personable Dermatologist / M.D. in San Antonio , TX. I actually just provided her information to someone who mentioned moving to S.A. And needing to find a Dermatologist. Young lady at the desk when you check out, is wonderful as well.
